NOTES:
The above fares apply for travel in either direction between the listed airstrips, and are exclusive of
Airport Service Charges where applicable. The charge is added onto the cost of the fare.
The Government Airport Service Charge when departing on internal flights from Arusha, Manyara and Kilimanjaro is currently $6.
On Regional Air Services flights, children under 12 years (i.e. 2 - 11 yrs) are carried at 60% of the adult fare. Infants under 2 years of age, not occupying a seat are carried free, but are subject to $2 War Risk Insurance and Airport Service Charges.
| GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE |

Passengers must check in, or be at the airstrip, 30 minutes before the schedule departure time. The Company reserves the right to re-allocate seats if passenger have not checked in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. |

| 2. |
Each passenger is allowed 15 kgs of personal baggage. This allowance shall include all hand baggage. Soft bags are highly recommended. The carriage of excess baggage is at the sole discretion of the Company, after taking into consideration the aircraft being used and the number of passengers booked. When excess baggage is carried it will be charged at the prevailing freight rate. |

| 3. |
Freight is carried strictly on a space-availability basis. The Company does not accept any liability for any direct or consequential costs arising from any delays in carriage due to any reasons whatsoever. In the event of the freight being lost or damaged during carriage then the Company's liability is limited to a maximum of US$10 per kg. All claims for such events must be made in writing within 7 days of their occurrence. |

Smoking is not permitted on the aircraft. |

| 5. |
The carriage of animals is at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to the Company receiving adequate prior notice and the animal traveling in a proper airline approved container. |

The Company is not responsible for any direct or consequential costs resulting from any delays to its services. |
|
|
| 7. |
If, for reasons of safety, an aircraft is unable to land at an airstrip, the Company reserves the right to fly the passengers to the nearest alternative airstrip. |

FREIGHT & EXCESS BAGGAGE
Charged at US$1 per kg.
US DOLLAR FARES
US Dollar fares may be converted to the Tanzania Shilling equivalent using the rate of exchange prevailing at the time of purchase of tickets.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations or amendments should be made 72 hours prior to flying. Any cancellations received within 72 to 48 hours are charged a handling fee of $4 per ticket and cancellations received within 48 hours or any "no shows" will be charged in full unless a passenger in unable to travel for health reasons or on compassionate grounds. Refunds will therefore be considered on an individual basis. However, tickets remain valid for 6 months and can be re-booked on a space-available basis.
PRIVATE CHARTERS
If the scheduled services do not meet your route or timing requirements then a private charter may be the solution. Please do not hesitate to contact the Company office for a quotation to meet your needs.
